Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 3–5 business days, and international orders take 5–8 business days depending on location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently offer shipping.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, effortless fit true to our silhouette philosophy.
Do the garments run true to size?

What materials do you use?
We source premium natural materials – mainly linen and cotton blends – selected for comfort, durability and everyday wearability.
How should I care for my clothes?
Care instructions are on the label of every piece. In general we recommend a gentle machine or cold hand wash and air drying to preserve the quality of the fabric.
